2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURACY
You are responsible for the data you enter. If you misspell the property owner's name, input the wrong address, or underestimate the job value, the Notice we generate may be legally invalid. We print exactly what you type. We are not liable for errors in the information you provide.
3. MAILING AND DELIVERY
If you purchase our mailing service, we will print and deposit your document with the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Certified Mail®.
- Hand-off: Our responsibility ends when we hand the envelope to the USPS.
- Delays: We are not responsible for USPS delays, lost mail, or failure to deliver.
- Timeliness: You are responsible for ensuring you submit your request early enough to meet the statutory 20-day deadline.
4. NO REFUNDS ON PROCESSED MAIL
Once a document has been sent to our print queue, we cannot cancel or refund the order. You are paying for the custom generation and postage, which cannot be recovered.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendMyNotice's liability for any claim arising out of your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost lien rights, or lost profits.
